  1. Short Description for AST - Aminet Search Tool
  2.  
  3. AST is Public Domain.
  4.  
  5. Installation:
  6.  
  7.   Copy AST wherever you want.
  8.  
  9.   Copy cdindex wherever you want, but make shure that the CDINDEX ToolType
  10.   or ENV-Variable points to it.
  11.  
  12.   If you want to use the ENV-Variables, then copy the contents of the ENV
  13.   drawer to ENV: and uncomment the ToolType VAR. If this ToolType is
  14.   present all other ToolTypes will be ignored and the ENV-Variables are
  15.   used instead.

  17.   ToolType   | Variable ( in ENV:AST ENVARC:AST )

  19.   CDINDEX    | CDINDEX   - Full Path of the CD Index File.

  21.   INDEX      | INDEX     - Full Path of the Aminet Index File.

  23.   LOCALINDEX | LOCAL     - Full Path of the Local Index File.

  25.   PUBSCREEN  | PUBSCREEN - Pubscreen to open Gui on.

  27.   VIEWER     | VIEWER    - Tool to Display the found Files.

  29.   VAR                    - If this ToolType is Present the ENV-Variables
  30.                            will be used.

  32.      USEMATCHPATTERN     - The UseMatchPattern() CheckMark is selected
  33.                            at startup if the ToolType is present
  34.                            or ( if you use Env-Variables ) the Value
  35.                            of the Variable is TRUE.
